The H.O.P.E. Grant Aid

Southern Bro Enterprises LLC (the “Parent Company”) hereby establishes the HOPE Grant Program (Help Operations Powering Equality) founded by Equity Partner William Soteria, for the express purpose of promoting educational access, economic opportunity, and community betterment Services. The program is intended to support individuals or community projects, that demonstrate financial need and a desire to pursue education, betterments’ or training that contributes to the advancement and strengthening of their communities and community members. The HOPE Grant Program is administered pursuant to the Company’s discretionary authority and, where applicable, is intended to comply with Section 127 of the Internal Revenue Code, as amended, and applicable Treasury Regulations governing employer-provided educational assistance programs. The Parent Company reserves the right to interpret and apply all provisions in a manner consistent with applicable law.
Eligible educational assistance under the HOPE Grant Program may include, but is not limited to, tuition, fees, books, supplies, equipment, and other necessary expenses related to enrollment in accredited colleges, universities, vocational schools, trade programs, certification courses, or continuing education initiatives. No assistance shall be provided for tools, sports, games, or hobbies unless required as part of a degree or certificate program. Further the Parent Company reserve the right to grant use of funds for community projects that serve the purpose of restoring or betterment of a community or it’s members. Funds are limited and each application/request is reviewed at a case by case basis and based on availability of funds, Eligibility for participation in the HOPE Grant Program shall be determined solely by the Company based on demonstrated educational need, financial hardship, and alignment with community betterment objectives. Participation shall not discriminate in favor of highly compensated individuals, shareholders, or owners, and the program shall be administered in compliance with all applicable non-discrimination requirements.
***All grant awards are subject to the availability of Company funds and managerial approval. The Company does not guarantee the availability of funds in any given year and retains sole discretion regarding the amount, timing, and continuation of any award. Grants issued under this program do not constitute wages, compensation, or entitlement to future assistance.
