Ciera Tropp is a service-driven professional whose background spans healthcare, hospitality, food service, bartending, and high-level customer experience. As a certified medical assistant, she has developed a strong ability to perform in fast-paced environments while staying grounded in adaptability, operational excellence, and responsive customer care. She is also deeply committed to community outreach, including three years of volunteer work in a hospital emergency room, and brings a strong passion for supporting underprivileged communities through equality, access, and opportunity.
